I recently had a new heat pump and furnace installed through Connolly after being without heat for over a month, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.Brian was the technician who first came to my home to explain my options. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very clear in walking me through the choices. I never felt pressured, and I truly appreciated how thoroughly he answered my questions.The installation was scheduled quickly, which meant a lot to me. JT and Justin completed the installation over two days. Because my home is older, there were some unexpected challenges, but they handled everything professionally and efficiently. It was obvious they knew what they were doing and took pride in their work.They were respectful of my home, cleaned up carefully each day, vacuumed the work areas, and left everything neat and orderly. They were also friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the process.It’s too early to comment on long-term performance, but so far the system is running well, and I’m very grateful to have reliable heat again. I would absolutely recommend Connolly and their team.

I can’t say enough good things about Connolly Heating and Air! They installed our HVAC system in 2024 and did an awesome job—fair prices, great workmanship, and they showed up right on time. So when our water heater failed early Monday morning, I gave them a call hoping they could help.I didn’t even know they handled water heaters, but they do—both tank and tankless! JT from Connolly was at my house by noon the same day, and within 90 minutes he had the new water heater installed beautifully.
