I hired Elite Comfort Systems to replace my old furnace and AC unit with a new heat pump system. Alex was great about explaining the details of the heat pump system in an effort to help me get confidence transitioning to a heat pump system for my home. The installers, Osvaldo, and Anthony did high quality work with the installation of the equipment, and they were very friendly. The new heat pump system runs great! I am very happy I decided to go with Elite Comfort Systems, rather than other companies that provided me quotes to install similar equipment. These folks were great, and I now have a go to company to serve my HVAC needs!!
Brennan (or Brenham) did a great job with our service and detailing the changes going on in the industry due to EPA changes going from natural gas systems to other, earth friendly alternatives….. It allowed us to think and plan on our possible future needs based on the age of our current HVAC system. He also explained the possible need for surge protection as a way to save us money on future repairs.Very professional and engaging young man. Elite Heating and Air is 5 stars!!
Brenham was excellent. Came out and evaluated are HVAC system on our newly purchased home the same day we called. He was knowledgeable, personable. Educated us on the operation of our new thermostat and made easily understandable recommendations. Would highly recommend Elite.
This team truly lives up to their name - Elite.Since moving to Brentwood, we’ve had several issues with our old heating/ac units and the Elite team was there to help combat the heat or cold. Each time the team came by, everyone was incredibly professional, polite and informative, they always gave me options on how to proceed, which gave me the confidence that I wasn’t just being sold on something. Eventually we had to replace the unit (20+ years old) and partnered with Elite for the new equipment as well. The process was quick, simple to control and has helped out the energy bill a bit since installing the new equipment. Today was the 6month maintenance check up. The team arrived on time, again, incredibly professional and polite. The first thing they did was ask about how the new equipment has been treating us and if we had any questions or concerns. The checkup was over quickly and we’re happy with the results. The Elite team will always be our go to choice, you can expect professional, kind and helpful team members, fair pricing and even some laughs. Truly lives up to their name.
Alex did a great job advising me regarding the replacement system that we needed after initialy getting our heater back up and running. He was thorough and honest about the need to replace our 30+ year old system, including pricing and details involved. Ozzie and Anthony did a really wonderful job replacing our entire HVAC system. The job they did was very professional, friendly, and courteous. I appreciate the fact that they covered our carpet and totally cleaned everything up. We appreciate their patience with our dogs :). Ozzie did a great job explaining how to use the system. From initial contact through final installation, Elite is a really great company to work with.
