Our heater stopped working a few months ago. My husband tried to fix it, but it didn’t work. I was putting off getting it fixed because I didn’t have anyone that I trusted and I didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg. I work at a local restaurant and saw Terry and his wife. He had fixed our air conditioner years ago and was so kind and great then. My daughter was on chemo at the time, it was summer, and a holiday the next few days. He had offered to come back even though they would be closed to fix it, if it still acted up, which was the sweetest. Making an appointment was so easy he came out the next day and fixed it fast and it was affordable. I will always go to him from now on and will recommend him to everyone I know. If I could give them more stars I would. Thank you again.
I have used Oakley Heating and Air for 3 different units, each with their own difficult issues. Location, finding leaks, servicing and more. Terry and company are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They have every time resolved the issues. I would highly recommend them handle any heating and air issues you are having. Their pricing is also very reasonable, which I know we all appreciate.

**Update- Oakley Heating and Air completed a new HVAC dual fuel heat pump system in our home. The system is very efficient, quiet and looks fantastic. A huge upgrade over our struggling 20 year old system. Terry and his crew, Trevor and Ricardo were very clean and professional. These guys take pride in their work, it's apparent in the skill and quality of the installation. I've used Oakley Heating and Air several times and highly recommend them for great work and great prices. **I needed an emergency weekend repair and Oakley heating and air came through. Terry, the owner, showed up on time as his messaging service sent me texts letting me know when he was en route. All work was completed at a great price and was very professional and clean. I'm satisfied with Oakley Heating and Air and have scheduled them to complete some water heater and hvac maintenance for us.
Short version: Terry, Trevor, and Ricardo did a fantastic job! Professional, punctual, trust-worthy, and accommodating. I cannot say enough positive things about the job they did and how well organized and efficient they were. I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of HVAC work.Long version: I had Oakley heating and air come by to evaluate and change my central air conditioning, zoning of the house (upstairs and downstairs), and put a mini split system in the garage. It was a three and half day job! Even though it was a large project, I felt involved in every step. The removal, installation, and zoning went without a hitch. The crew was nice enough to wear shoe covers and cover the house with blankets as to not cause any damage or bring dirt into the house. A big plus was that Terry was respectful of our time and our love for cars. It rained on the days of installation and he asked if it was alright if I parked the cars outside in the rain so they could stage the large equipment. It was refreshing to see they were not just interested in doing the job, but also to take care of the actual homeowners. Again, I could not recommend Oakley Heating and Air enough!
