Ben is an outstanding HVAC technician. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to thoroughly explain what’s going on, making sure you fully understand the issue and your options before any work begins. His honesty and transparency immediately build trust. You can tell he truly cares about doing what’s best for the customer. He recently helped us resolve an issue with our IBC high-efficiency heating unit. Ben diagnosed the problem and replaced the controller board for us. He even worked directly with an IBC technician to troubleshoot the issue and was able to get us a new board at no cost. We truly appreciated his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile to advocate on our behalf. Ben is always punctual, professional, and respectful of your time and home. He communicates clearly, answers questions patiently, and makes sure you feel informed and educated throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone so skilled who also prioritizes customer service at such a high level. I had an emergency situation where my furnace completely gave up on me on Sunday, I texted him on Monday and by Tuesday he was here giving me knowledge on the work that needed to done. Letting me know to always do my research on anything before I pay or get work done on it , he really came in clutch and did a fantastic job at such a reasonable price unlike others trying to get over on me . He was down to earth , easy to talk and seemed like he did this job because he enjoyed it and not because of the money . With all of that I cannot thank Ben enough for fixing this problem that was tremendously difficult for my family.

GO WITH YBC!! GREAT experience, clear communication, very competitive and fair pricing. My wife and I needed our furnace replaced right before winter (long story). We reached out to a few companies and didn’t the best experience.
