Mark Hill had the best deal, installed my new HVAC unit quickly and as they predicted, it has saved me so much on those monthly electric & gas bills! I had some challenges getting my phone working with the new thermostat and Mark Hill had someone here quickly and he got me going in no time. We had an excellent experience with Mark Hill Heating & Air. Jacob was my main point of contact, and he went above and beyond on every job. They installed three HVAC systems in my new build and just recently put in two systems in my current home that I’m getting ready to sell, and the whole team was professional, prompt, and incredibly helpful.
What really stood out was that the owner personally accompanied Jacob during the sale and checked in on both projects — a level of attention and involvement you don’t see every day. They truly bent over backwards to make sure everything was done right. Communication was clear, timelines were honored, and the quality of work was excellent.
