Fast and yet their attention to detail is perfect. The entire crew is very professional, highly experienced, and willing to answer questions and talk to customers while working. Pricing was affordable and flexible. If you have trouble reaching them by phone it's because they are so good the entire valley is calling them. I won't go to anyone else for my AC. I had a old unit that was by my front door...terrible location these guys installed a new unit in what used to be a closet and now I'm definitely saving on my electric bill. They also removed the old duct work and made very nice new ducts in my attic and used high quality materials. They gave me a price and kept that price the same. My house never went below 78 and now it can hold 72 all day and the unit isn't running all day. They literally pressurized the house. I got quotes from other companies and these guys beat the quotes. Great company. The reviews don't lie.P.S. they pick up any trash they make no mess.
So impressed by this company! Have gone through so many HVAC companies in the area that show up late, don’t show up, and not professional…but definitely not 1st Express!
