If there were to be a zero star I would had chosen that option. The owner prides himself of years of experience in them machines, but never prides himself on customers service because he can’t pride himself on that matter. Also the owner doesn’t keep proper and respectful conversations while conducting a job, even if they are children around. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Prices also don’t make sense, they quote you a price & end up with a higher bill.
Called Dave's today, Sunday, and asked if someone could come take a look at my air conditioner as it was blowing hot air. He stated he had given his employees the day off due to a Birthday Celebration. He did, however, ask me questions about the air conditioner and said it sounds like the capacitor. He then said, I know someone that can help you. Let me give you his number, call him and tell him I gave you, his number. The person he recommended came to my house within 30 minutes, was very professional, polite, did the job quickly and to my surprise charged me a very reasonable amount of money. I was very grateful Dave was kind enough to recommend someone, because let's face it, he didn't have to do it. So, thank you, Dave, for helping me out.
Will never use again. Strike 1 the service tech said the diagnostic fee would be discounted from service cost if part needs to be replaced, that was a lie. Strike 2 tech was supposed to come back out and finish freon diagnosis but never did and still charged me for it. Strike 3 never recieved a call back, when I called 2 weeks later they had someone else's service listed as mine and mine was gone. Strike 4 Dave the owner sent me an estimate for a compressor replacement still index warranty with wrong pricing meaning even the person making the invoice does not know what they are doing. When I spoke to Dave he said he has been in this buisness for 10 years and has seen more expensive replacements.... nothing to do with my service.... Even the service tech tried warning me about the pricing....horrible buisness practices.
I purchased an AC through a charity event. Dave's Serv-Tech had generously donated it to the charity. Upon contact they promptly ordered the system and installed it within a reasonable amount of time. The team was clean, quick and professional and I love my new AC. I would recommend their company.
Our A/C on the RV broke. This company got a new A/C fast and very good workers. Called around RV mobile places all to busy, but Dave's helped us out.
