Most definitely 5 star service from Texas Air Conditioning! Rick and his team were incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. They installed my new HVAC system, replaced/cleaned all the ducts, put in insulation, replaced all the vents all in one day. And they cleaned up everything. Plus, when there was a problem with a drain pan a couple of hours after they'd left, they sent out a tech to fix it THAT NIGHT. I couldn't be happier with their work and their truly friendly and helpful attitudes throughout the whole process. Worth every penny of the reasonable total price for all they did. OUTSTANDING!! I highly recommend them!

I had my wife and baby with me, and as any parent knows, that kind of heat isn’t just uncomfortable—it can be dangerous, especially for a little one.I called, not expecting anyone to answer since it was the weekend, but a very kind lady picked up the phone. She told me the shop was closed, but said, “Let me call my husband and have him open it up for you.” And just like that, they went out of their way to personally open the shop and sell me a capacitor—something they absolutely didn’t have to do.They didn’t owe me anything, but still chose to help me and my family when we needed it most. That kind of kindness and service is rare, and I’ll never forget it.
