Gordon Booker on Northeast Heat Pumps

I've been delinquent in leaving a review, but I feel now it can be much more complete. I had four mini-split heat pumps installed in May, but since the extremely cold Dec-Jan this year I can comment on a full spectrum of efficiency. First of all, the company. I had three estimates before making my decision. One nearby company I knew, because of the units they prefer would be over my budget, and they were. Another local company didn't pass muster because the rep doing the site survey/estimate bad mouthed his job and was condescending to my wife. Thankfully, Northeast was exceptional in all aspects. Jake, who did the site survey was great. He answered all questions in a manner that made me confident I could weigh my options in an informed manner. I had some follow-up questions in subsequent days, and Jake was made available to answer all via phone. From then on, Molly, the Project Manager and Jenn in the office kept me informed in scheduling the installation. I believe it was Cooper who led the install team. The installation went much better than I could have imagined. What I really appreciated was Northeast has their own electricians on staff. The other local company said they had to coordinate their installations with local electricians according to their individual schedules. Not a way to do business in my opinion. There was a state rebate available through "Efficiency Maine" and the Northeast office had already generated the paperwork for me to sign, so no legwork needed on my part! I had originally wanted the units for air conditioning but now that I have used them in the harsh Maine winter, I can attest that they have reduced my overall energy cost. My propane boiler is now not used for heat, so I have cut back on that cost, and while we had used space heaters to some extent, that is now not needed. The reduction in propane cost has negated the increase in my electricity needs. If you take the leap, you can't go wrong with Northeast!

Cole, Cooper, Dave, Noah and Joe did an awesome job!! Cole handled the initial consultation and walked me through the options to replace my heating with multiple heat pump units. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Cooper and the team arrived a week later on-time and walked the property to tell me about what would be happening. They were extremely quick and did a great job with installation. Dave walked me through operation of the units with suggestions plus warranty information. The guys took amazing care of my property and everything looks perfect. I will be using Northeast Heat Pumps for my servicing needs as well. They went above and beyond with this service. Truly awesome team!!

George Woods on Northeast Heat Pumps

Northeast Heat Pumps was extremely great to work with. We had 3 units installed. The crew included Cooper, Griffin, Noah, Rob and Cole. They arrived on time and introduced themselves individually. They invited me to walk with them through my property and began explaining the complete process to me. They offered to remove their shoes upon entering our house but I told them it would ok to leave their shoes on.
The entire crew was very professional, very dedicated to the work at hand , very knowledgeable, efficient, and cleaned up the work area very nicely after they got done.

Cole was extremely helpful in the initial consultation and explained the upfront process well. He also showed up on the installation day to assist with anything that was needed. Very much appreciated!

Both my wife and I held conversations with each of them and they all had very good things to say about the company! They all were eager to explain or answer any of our questions! They completely explained all of the functions and operations of the units, and how best to run and keep the units most effective & efficient throughout the year.

My contact with the office was either with Erin or Molly who were very helpful and explained all of the financial and scheduling issues with us. They were very courteous and pleasant to work with.

So far we both love our Fujitsu heat pumps and would like to thank the entire crew for a very excellent job well done by all !

I would highly recommend Northeast Heat Pumps to anyone.
