I called Juan Alvarez about 9am on a Monday morning as we had been without heat over the weekend. Juan came to my house by 10:30am and assessed the situation. He realized what the problem was and explained it clearly. He was very fair with his pricing and very helpful. I will certainly have him return to do regular maintenance checks and upkeep on our system. He has a very organized system of business. Big thank you to Juan Alvarez, I appreciate your help very much!

A previous company botched up our heating. Then a good neighbor recommended Vertex. They were professional from the initial phone call to the prompt scheduling and the through the work that Juan completed. Vertex is professional across the board. I trust them. I will use them again. I recommend Vertex without question.
