We were experiencing no heat rising to the bedroom level of our house. Called Isaac and they sent a technician out early the next day. Dallas was courteous, cordial, and efficient in assessing and diagnosing our problem. He then went on to repair a faulty valve, purge our system, and bring us heat again. We will not hesitate to call Isaac again and would be more than happy to have Dallas be our technician.
Buying a furnace is a big deal . It’s expensive and essential. Issac Heating truly made this decision easy and the customer service is over the top ! My wife and I made contact with 3 Issac employees and they were all fantastic. Dallas for a service call , Jessica for a quote and Brandon for the install . I truly had a great experience as a first time customer. They were amazing from the time I made the appointment, the assessment and installation. Cory was very helpful and personable and made the process very easy, and gained my trust immediately. Louis the installer was very professional and very experienced. Very quiet but still friendly, and he got straight to work and worked hard for hours and did an amazing installation. I am very much grateful for this business as they helped us at an unexpected time as these things tend to happen, and they were extremely efficient, effective and reasonable especially during the cold winter we are anticipating. I highly recommend Isaac's heating and cooling and I thank them again

I had a few services done today, energy efficient hot water tank, thermostat, dryer vent repair. Brandon was on time, actually early. He patiently waited until I was able to get my children off to school and daycare. 10 out of 10 service. After the installation was complete, he showed me how to work the hot water tank and I also was shown how to operate my thermostat installed by a different gentleman.
