You see all kinds of ads on TV, internet, etc....who do you trust to give you a quality product AND a fair price?Like most good companies, word of mouth is golden. A good friend of mine recommended Jim O'Donnell and I don't know if I've met a more genuine and honest businessman.Needless to say, the installation crew was professional, accurate and timely. They replaced my A/C, furnace, and hot water tank. Even though I was only in the market for a furnace, it was a great deal that I couldn't pass up. I'm so happy this COLD winter that I don't have to worry about waking up to a broken furnace!

Had a great experience with O’Donnell installing my new Lennox furnace. The office staff was extremely friendly and answered any questions I had. The installers were very courteous and friendly and did an excellent job installing my new furnace with no issues. I had one quick question the day after installation and they sent an installer back to my house within 30 minutes of calling to verify everything was as it should be. I would recommend them to anyone.
Woke up to a freezing house on the coldest day of the winter, called O’Donnell Heating at 8am and they had someone out to us within the hour. They check our furnace out determined we needed a new furnace and showed us why. Gave us options and advice on best unit to install and even has options for financing. Then the guys that came to install were professional, nice and worked fast and efficiently. They explained everything to us and finished within 3 hours. Heat back on within a total of 5 hours and they even moved a bigger job to get my family heat (3 children at home). Best part was the owner called us and told us they would gave me the higher end/energy efficient furnace at the same price as the lower level/energy efficient furnace. You have a heating or cooling problem in WNY, call O’Donnell Heating and Cooling if you want your moneys worth.
