I had the best experience with 905 HVAC specifically Rodney & group. I had the oddest situation where my foster cat made her way into our HVAC system through a vent. Rodney was super understanding and was able to get a guy out to me within the hour. When we needed extra support/cameras to go down the vents he was able to give great resources and find people for me in a super stressful situation. I don’t know a lot about this stuff and had to do minimal work to have people come out, I really appreciated this!! He came by himself as well a day later just to see if he could help more in any way, he made some openings in our basement and our cat made her way out through these openings (she is perfectly healthy)! It took more than a week and he still constantly checked in about the cat. Completely turned a super stressful situation where I wouldn’t be taken seriously into a manageable one. Omar sent an awesome technician eventually to patch things up after and the team made it an overall amazing experience. Thank you Rodney and 905 HVAC!! :)
