My water heater tank finally gave. Went through Costco and was connected with Cozy World. They not only met my needs and exceeded. Knowing my tank was gone and there was no hot water. Abbas did my family a solid and came 1 day prior to the install date to have it installed. It was flawless and greatly appreciated. He’s super kind and went above and beyond what I would have expected. Thank you Abbas and your team for making easy and simple

The company sells Lennox furnaces, a brand I trust. They provided several options that matched my needs when my old furnace broke down. The installation crew came out the same day, were professional, courteous, and efficient. They also cleaned up afterwards. All in all a great experience during an otherwise stressful time.

Cozy World Inc. is a phenomenal HVAC company, with an efficient, responsive, knowledgeable and qualified team.

Upon having issues with my furnace and it finally breaking down completely, all within a few days; I called Cozy World Inc. for service. (I had dealt with Cozy World previously at my old address, approximately 9 or so years ago; they installed HVAC equipment at the time.) Exceptional service at that time as well.

Abbas from Cozy World responded to all of the issues I was dealing with; he went above and beyond. He came to service the furnace twice, on Sunday December 21st an hour after I called.
I know I dragged him away from an event, as he showed up in very handsome dress attire!
Abbas went into the basement as he was, and worked on the furnace to make sure we had heat to carry us through the night, so we wouldn't freeze!
I called again the next day, Monday morning as the furnace stopped once again. He arrived within 20 minutes to help and provide us with heat until the furnace could be installed later in the day.

Abbas and his team of technicians showed up on time, went straight to work and completed the furnace installation within a few hours. Beautiful work and everything left clean and tidy!

I love my new Lennox furnace; it's energy efficient quiet, small, and provides heat beautifully. The bonus is the cost was also very reasonable!! Thank you very much Abbas; you're the best!!

We had a 14 year Bryant furnace with a broken heat exchanger.
Called a Georgetown HVAC and the quote to replace the heat exchanger was $ 4100.00
So we just purchased a Lennox furnace from COSTCO in Burlington, for a total cost of $ 6418.40. ( we also will receive $ 568.00 Costco Shop Card ).
It turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Fred ( Cozy World sales ) called and confirmed an appointment for 2 days later. At the appointment, he provided furnace options and confirmed that they just have to change the furnace and add a Honeywell T4 thermostat. 3 days later the installers from Cozy World Burlington arrived with the new furnace. I recently had Cozy World Inc. replace my old air conditioning with a Lennox heat pump, and they’ve made the whole process smooth and professional. Fred at Cozy World was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns with my existing system and provided a clear, detailed quote that was able to address them all.

On installation day, the technicians arrived on time and worked until 9pm to get everything installed. They’ve covered all areas where they moved the equipment and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. They’ve put an extra effort to not have to cut into my ceiling to run new line set which I’ve really appreciated.

Throughout the process, Cozy World Inc team was on top of various rebate applications that my system was eligible for. They were very efficient and quick with any responses and kept in contact until I’ve confirmed that all rebates were received.

Overall, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting everything right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy HVAC company.
