Great service, great price.My water heater shut down, and my attempts to restart it were unsuccessful. Given that it was over 14 years old, I was resigned to the fact that I'd need a new one.I had heard good things about Creature Comforts, so I called them right away. I booked an appointment for the following day, however they called me back and were able to drop by that afternoon.Their technician, Eric, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He showed me the responsible part, which was corroded and dirty. After a thorough cleaning he had my water heater up and running in no time.I didn't need to replace it??When it's time for a new water heater or hvac service, I won't hesitate to call them.
