Tony and his team made many efforts to repair our furnace. In discussion with him, it became clear that rather than risking the cost of changing expensive parts, it would be faster to replace the furnace, which they did almost immediately. The installation was impecable and very professional. They will come back next year for the maintenance.

We chose BCRC Heating and Cooling for our heat pump installation and they exceeded expectations. Their technical knowledge and attention to detail were impressive. Everything was installed to code, neatly done, and fully explained before they left. You can tell they care about doing the job right, not just fast. This is the kind of company you want working on your home. I truly and highly recommend them to all my relatives, friends and neighbors. Great guys! When you call, ask for Tony the technical manager, he’s super helpful and knowledgeable!

I had a heat pump installed by Tony and Ray from BCRC Heating and cooling and the whole experience was just fantastic! They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, worked quickly and cleanly, and made sure the system was running perfectly before they left. The heat pump itself is awesome—my home is so much more comfortable already. Tony and Ray were professional, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work. I’d recommend BCRC Heating And Cooling to anyone looking for reliable heating and cooling service!

BCRC installed a new HVAC system and removed our old gas furnace. Throughout the installation they were very professional and made the process easy for us. Tony Sal was excellent with follow up to ensure we were happy with the heating system and completely answered all our questions. I would highly recommend them.

Tony came and helped us apply for the grant to get a heat pump. He was very patient, and helpful. After approval he explained what was going to happen on the install day. His crew came on time, they were tidy, polite, and a pleasure to do business with. They got it all installed in one day! They took the old furnace, old heat pump, and all the related items, with them. They left the place very clean.
The unit is so quiet, and the heat is lovely and cozy!
We highly recommend BCRC to our friends and family or anyone else who needs a heating and cooling system for they needs. \
