Sales and Service above and Beyond. Was in a dilemma for a few weeks deciding between Central, Vendor M, and Vendor G.Truth is Vendor G gave the best price but responds up to a week to an inquiry, while Vendor M and Central were both quick to reply and answer my questions. Vendor M was the priciest but they were willing to match Central, but dealing with Central’s Mike made me finally choose them. Not only did he spend time explaining to me all options, he also volunteered to help me fix all my problems in getting my electrical permit from the city, and helped me joining the government programs for rebates and interest free loans. I kid you not, Mike is The Professional you want working with you. He never fails to answer my questions and give me suggestions. The Central team also made a clean and quick install on our 3-story townhome. Every detail was met and they would ask me if there was any concern before proceeding. I highly recommend Mike and his team!
I used Central Commercial & Residential for a new central AC installation, and overall I have to say I am very impressed.They installed Bosch which is a very efficient unit(3 Tons, 20 SEER, and inverter system) in a very competitive price comparing to other companies along with full labour and parts warranty for 10 years.
