The absolute worst service ever from the service industry. I read some of the review and l question their validity. From the dispatcher blaming me that they are late because they could not contact anyone by phone to confirm and the tech for blaming me when he finally arrived because he cant find parking. The job is downtown Vancouver, the appointment is at 10:30. I get a call at 10:50 that they cant find parking and some how trying to pin the lateness on me. I understand that being late happens, delays happen during the day. Be accountable. The tech arrives telling me that he needs a place to park I tell the tech the job is downtown so he needs to find a place to park. The job is to service the heat pump that is located in downtown Vancouver. The initial call was for a maintenance service of the insuite unit. Technician said that he was moving his van but just before leaving he said that he needed access to the roof and asked me if l had access to the roof. I think that he expected me to say no. But being a tenant in the building for over 25 years , l knew how to gain access to the roof. I said yes roof access no problem. I guess that he was hoping to get out of the service job. He left saying that he was going to move the service van from the no parking area. He has not returned nor have received call stating so. I called the dispatch number no answer. It is now over 2.5hrs later. The company is a joke and a waste of a call. Feel free to contact me if you care to. This is a genuine complaint. If there was a no star option, that would be the option that l would pick. I am so disappointed that l have to give this company one star I have read some of this company's reviews and l question their validity. They really messed up here.I just read your response:Here is my answer. If you want your representatives to get respect they must give respect. Excuses do not work with me. I know all about customer service. Your representative REALLY messed up. You have absolutely no excuse for his shortcomings. You were not there. I highly suggest that you institute a training program for your staff so that there is no confusion when it comes to servicing customers.
What a great installation experience. The installers were fantastic—friendly, easy to communicate with, receptive to suggestions, and they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. I would absolutely recommend Mom’s H&C.
Al from Moms Heating installed a new furnace in my place and did a great job.He was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. It was obvious he cared about doing the installation properly and keeping everything clean. He paid attention to detail and made sure everything was working well before he left.I really appreciate the quality of his work and his positive attitude. I would definitely recommend him.
Alan at Mom’s heating did a great job communicating and prepping all the stuffs befor installing our new heatpump. He helped me every steps from applying the rebate to which heatpump is best for our house in a timely manner.Eugene did a great job installing the heatpump. Always on time and took a very cautious way to make sure everything is installed properly and not damaging my house at the same time.Thank you guys we will enjoy the new heating and cooling system for a long time.
Mom’s Heating & Cooling, did an amazing job at installing my new electric heat. The team was very nice and polite and guided me throughout each step. The job was done above and beyond my expectation. The house was left nice and clean after the job finished. I recommend Mom’s Heating & Cooling especially to someone who has little to no knowledge about this.
