On top of that, when I opened the furnace panel, it looked like the system could use a professional inspection. Ryan was out to our rental property in Rosemount, MN to replace an A/C unit. We had another company out and they said it couldn’t be repaired/recharged. However, Ryan came out and said he could recharge it but we decided replacing it made more sense based on its age/condition . Ryan’s pricing was much better than other quotes we had and he was able to get the unit installed faster than anyone else we spoke with. Would definitely recommend.
Ryan took my call and booked an appointment right away. I sent him pictures and video and serial information of what was happening to my furnace. He was able to figure it out right away. After consultation, he came over and as he was going thru the process, he was explaining to me the cause and affects which helped me understand better for my knowledge.. he was very friendly and professional about his work.I ended up going with a new furnace vs. a new part.Price estimates were best, almost 40% below the cost for new unit +install.When I compared it to other companies such as the blue ox who installed a new furnace on my old house in 2019 charged me 2.5x then this... I was in a pinch and didn't know any better... Lots of companies are trying to upsell you instead of providing you with honest feedback and options. (Always do due deligence on your end)I truly enjoyed working with the owner who is also a well knowledgeable tech!Hopefully my new furnace will run for many years and I'm hoping to consult with Ryan again in spring/summer for my AC tune up.
After getting very high replacement quotes from bigger companies and Centerpoint, I reached out to Ryan via text and he came out the next day. First, the problems the other guys said I had weren't that bad, and even misleading. He said he could fix everything for way less than what the other guys were saying. Due to the age of the furnace, I decided to replace it anyways. He quoted me literally half price of the other quotes and replaced my furnace the next week by himself, in just a few hours. The city inspector came by and said the exhaust/intake pipes need to be replaced due to an uncommon requirement. Ryan came back out within the week, replaced all the intake and exhaust piping, including on the outside of the house, and didn't even charge anything. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs a furnace replacement or work done.
