Charlie and LaSalle are heroes! We called in an emergency request for furnace repair following gas leaks at our home around midnight on possibly the coldest night of the winter yet, expecting a long wait to have to drain the water lines and head for a hotel because—well, who would be able to come out at such a time? LaSalle, however, was the only company we contacted who could help us before business hours. After the gas was shut off and we took our young kids safely back into the house, Charlie made the trip out to Eagan right away and found additional leaks, repaired or replaced everything needed to restart our furnace, and gave us recommendations for further non-emergent repairs all before the kids ever felt the cold. We highly recommend this company. Thank you, Charlie and LaSalle!
We had an outstanding experience with LaSalle. Charlie came out on an extremely cold day when other contractors were overbooked or unable to make it, and he got our furnace up and running quickly. He also identified the underlying issues we’d been dealing with that other companies hadn’t been able to figure out.Charlie gave us fair, straightforward recommendations without any pressure. Our furnace is running perfectly now, and we knowing what may need attention in the future.Highly recommend their professionalism, expertise, and genuine customer care.

So very pleased with the Aprilaire humidifier LaSalle recently installed for me. Gotta love MN winters! The techs who came out sure know their stuff. Since my husband passed, I am learning a lot about the things I never had to worry about. I give 5 stars for the HVAC tips, the price, and the customer service that still makes you feel like a person and not just a $ sign. Also, Kenzie in the office is such a doll. I just know Millard is giving LaSalle 5 stars from up there too.
I don't know what changed, but you can't schedule using the online chat right now, it just states they are away and will get back to you. Tried that and no one reached out. I called twice to schedule regular maintenance for my furnace and apparently, need a dispatcher to call you to finish setting up the appointment. This was never needed before, you could just schedule an appt with no fuss. No dispatcher has gotten back to me yet. I'm done. Unfortunate, I paid for their member services for the year and liked their technicians.Edit: They contacted me about the dispatcher missing me the first time and to see if we wanted to continue services with them. They came out a couple weeks later and did the maintenance on our furnace and apologized for the issues. We didn't have to waste part of the gold membership we paid for and get next year for free. They do have competitive pricing and their technicians are always so informative, it was a bummer when I couldn't get an appointment set up again. Charlie at LaSalle made it right.
