I had a disastrous experience with Aire One regarding a tankless water heater installation. Within less than 24 hours of the install, the unit leaked and caused significant water damage to my basement. What was supposed to be a home upgrade turned into a costly nightmare due to poor workmanship and a lack of quality control. I am extremely disappointed in the service and the resulting damage to my property. I tried to contact them several times the day after. I was trying to talk with a manager to get the damages adressed, nobody returned the calls and the secretary never transfer you to speak with them they were the whole day on meetings. A carpet cleaning company was sent and refused to do the service because of the extension of the damages. I don't recommend this company to anybody.
Excellent service from Aire One! I had an issue with my heating and hot water, and Ali did an amazing job. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The hot water and heating were fixed perfectly, and the system is working great now.Really impressed with the quick response, quality work, and friendly service. Highly recommend Aire One and especially Ali if you’re looking for reliable HVAC service.
I'm extremely satisfied with Air one heating and cooling. Hamed and Farhad did excellent work. Took their time made sure everything was installed and up to par. They were constantly double and triple checking everything before they left. I highly recommend and it's great peace of mind having the 10 year warranty. Nothing but professional service from this company.

Aire One sent a tech out to sort out an issue with my fireplace. I was fortunate to have Andy Price come out to assist me. He is a very knowledgeable tech and was able to fully disassemble my fireplace which is about 45y old. No manual to assist. He took great pride in his work and was extremely thorough. It is rare to find people like Andy who give their best effort .... even though the appointment was at 7pm. A great ambassador for Aire One....truly an exemplary person. Thank you Andy!
