Jon and Parker swapped out my old water heater with a new one and they did the process quickly and efficiently. It was nice to deal with service techs that are courteous, very pleasant, and knowledgeable. Jon went above and beyond by ensuring my furnace worked after gas was turned back on. Thank you guys!

He was able to resolve the problem efficiently and also gave us great advice to help prevent future issues. Justin Saptel came out to service our furnace that had quit working. After careful inspection it was determined that the 24-year-old unit was unrepairable. He explained numerous options to me and set up an appointment for a consultation for a new unit. He was very knowledgeable and professional and cared very much taking care of us.Energy Manager Jon Eagle arrived shortly thereafter and explained details on a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater. He arranged delivery and install for the next day. He was also very polite, personable and highly professional individual who took the time to explain the best options on the purchase of a new HVAC system and water Heater.Installer Punjab Singh and his partner did a great job in a timely manner.I would recommend this company.
Enercare from Cambridge replaced my 25-year-old furnace, air conditioning condenser, and rental water heater with a brand new Carrier 2-stage, high-efficiency furnace, new condenser, and a new Rheem water heater. I'll be renting this gear for the first year-and-a-half, then will buy out the remaining value of the furnace and condenser, leaving the water heater as a rental. The installation team led by Punjab Singh was very efficient, being careful to complete the installation properly, and without ANY major disruption of my home. Removed all of the older gear, and I'm now just waiting for the switchover from the old rental vendor, to Enercare. This extremely cold winter (Jan and Feb 2026) has made me think it was a good time to replace my furnace. I can tell that the new furnace is way more efficient than the one it replaced, and so far it looks like my natural gas consumption isn't that different from last year, despite the extremely cold weather. Thanks to all the guys from Enercare Cambridge for the good work!
Noel Xavier was very thorough and did a fantastic job. He was able to identify a mishap that was missed by the previous technicians since, Noel took the time to check each and every aspect of the furnace. He also contacted the relevant person to get an upgrade and ensured that it was done on time. I recommend him highly for his professional work and great customer service.
