Annette in the office, and Brandon and the install crew were awesome! They showed up on time, explained everything and were done installing our new water heater in about an hour with no mess left behind at all. They were all super friendly, and it was overall a great experience. Bye bye Reliance, no more rental. :)100% would recommend them
Yet again, excellent service! Showed up right on time and were very polite and informative. The furnace quit right when when we found out our baby might be coming earlier than planned! Service 1st was quick and efficient when we needed them the most!! Thank you all for being there for us!!
I have no hesitation in highly recommending Service First heating and cooling. My furnace quit 4 days ago and I called around and had sales people here and wasn’t really trusting anyone. Then my sister recommended Service First as she had used them and I have to say I would honestly never use anyone else. I called on a Sunday and they called me back same day, came out the next day, went over everything with me, what I had, what I needed and why, did many extras while installing the furnace at no extra charge. Silas the owner was friendly, knowledgable, took a lot of time going over everything to ensure I understood, when he and his crew were here today to install it was truly like having your friends over doing it. And the best part is the furnace was larger btu and cheaper than anyone else had quoted me and no it’s not just a cheap furnace. It’s a quality Canadian made brand. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I called Service 1st based on the excellent Google reviews and am glad I did. The service was incredible and the technician was amazing. He serviced our gas fireplace and was great in walking me through the work. I HIGHLY recommend them and will be calling them without hesitation in the future. A+++!
