Very disappointed with the billing. I used them before for my water heater and everything went well. So I called them for a furnace inspection and I got billed $211.00. They said it was extra because of the travel time. They used to be in Waterloo and I guess they have moved to Cambridge and they never mentioned that I would be billed for “travel” time. (that should have been stated at the beginning!!) I thought that was just the cost of doing business; but I guess that cost goes to the consumer now. Very sad, as I was about to spend $5000.00 and have them replace my furnace in the very near future. Well I guess this nickel and diming has cost them more than a dime as I will look for someone else closer then. It’s too bad because they seem nice.Review (part 2)….I received a very kind email from Tina at TRH. I must admit I was very appreciative of the quick reply and the adjustment to the bill. This says a lot about the company; nice to see companies that care. Thus I change my review from to 2 stars to 4 stars. I recommend using TRH in the future.
Absolutely fabulous company. They were able to problem solve the issue with our hydronic furnace to get it functioning as it should.Chris and his apprentice Ryder are both great guys. Very knowledgeable and personable. They explained the problem so that we could understand the problem.As seniors, we appreciate when we feel confident that we are working with honest professionals.
Adam and Rider, the whole team are honestly amazing! Don't go with the big companies that charge you up the wall. These guys charge a fair price for good work. I was quoted almost triple from another company what they charge. I was also told to replace my furnace, when I just needed a external pump replaced. I'm glad I made one more call, they explained everything that was happening with my furnace answered all my questions and fixed it up a lot faster than expected. Very clean and respectful of your space. Now we're nice and warm. Thanks TRH!Also nice cowboy boots!
