Thanks to the team at Alpine Gas for the great service over the last 2 years. I purchase a mini split air conditioner during the heat of the summer, it was quoted and installed in record time. Most recently I purchased a new gas fireplace to replace my old one that was on life support. I called, received a reply the same day. Dave dropped by to go over all the options and choices, I ordered the one I liked off of Bonnie, who runs the office. She had a date for installation scheduled the following week. I am now enjoying my A/C in the summer and my beautiful new fireplace that works even if the power goes out. Bonnie followed up to make sure all is running well. Dave even popped by to ensure I was comfortable with my new unit and fully understood how to run it in the case of a power outage. It is nice to support local business especially when the local business cares about me as a valued customer.
Dave at Alpine Gas installed a new furnace in our cottage in 2022 and it has been working well. We arrived here recently and noticed a small water drip on the exhaust vent. I called and explained the issue to Dave and he arrived within 10 minutes. He assessed the situation and made the necessary repair.Fantastic product support and professionalism.Thank you Dave!
Dave and his wife from alpine gas are very kind and professional family to deal with. I had them replace my furnace and hot water tank. I can't say enough about the quality work they do!!
Dave came by to review our heating issues as our home is never warm. We had an electric furnace and a heat pump. It turned out both were undersized for our home. He gave us options but no pressure. Within a week we had a new gas furnace put in and our heat pump disconnected. In 3 hours our home was warm for the first time in 5 months. No more sweaters and scarfs inside. The team was efficient, clean and when they left, the tech wasn't sure about something with the thermostat so he came right back to change it. So happy. Elaine Eddy
