The island west guys did a great repair on my older furnace unit. I went from absolutely no heat to a nice warm house. The cost was fair and their communication was great. They went above and beyond for someone that probably didn't deserve it, which I'll be forever greatful for. When the time comes that I need another repair or upgrade I'll be using them for sure

I contacted Chris about changing my old hot water heater because I was renovating my laundry room. He was able to come the next day and give me an estimate. He suggested an On Demand system and showed me how it would look in the space. He ordered and installed the new hot water heater and also told me about the Fortis grant, which I applied for. Because he can work with gas, he also worked along with my contractor to move an existing gas line and set up the water heater to fit the new kitchen going into that space. Later I asked him to connect my new gas range and again he came within the day to do that. Chris is very professional and knows what he's doing. I found he always answered his phone and arrived on time. 5 Stars!
