So I was sitting around the house and realized it was a little chilly. My furnace decided to stop lighting. One call to Bonsky and within a couple hours they were able to send out a technician. Text notification to let me know he was on his way. Shane arrived and got right to work diagnosing the problem. I was expecting the igniter to be the problem. Turns out it was a flame sensor. A little cleaning and the problem was fixed. What I really liked was the service plan that I ended up getting. It gave me a discount on the service call and will help ensure simple maintenance issues like what occured can maybe be avoided in the future. For trusting my Google local guide instincts. I am definitely happy with the results.
Brett is an asset to your company. Best service tech I have ever had. Professional friendly concerned I know he was honest as I had another company earlier this year and Brett was spot on but much better and concerned that I get the product and service that worked with my issues here. He took his time to figure out what was going on with the furnace and it turned out all was good. He educated on what to do, and not do, to keep it running well. Very much appreciated his assistance.
Our furnace went out on the COLDEST weekend of the year . Right before snowstorm FERNThis was Sat the 24th 2026Called one company that “put us on the schedule”We called them at 9AM no one showed by 100pm.My wife called back and they told us even though we were on their schedule they may not make it…..that was one company…..So…. I told me wife I always hear the commercials at work for Bonsky. Never called them for anything but I remember them from these commercials.So.. my wife called Bonsky. Around 130 ish they were able to get us on the schedule but with a time frame ?? between 3-5 theTech showed promptly about 340/400 ish.Let me say this without being too long.I WILL be calling Bonsky for any and all future repairs and HVAC purchases.This visit was ABOVE AND BEYOND perfect.Within minutes I felt very comfortable with the tech. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and spoke to my wife and I with CLARITY and Precision and professionalism.He didn’t rush through he really took his time with us and got to the root of our problem. Answered all of our questions and got us up and running in no time.By the time he left you would think we have known our tech like a good friend lol. That’s how pleasant this experience was.I can’t stress ENOUGH ..And I am extremely picky with who I use for anything house related.YOU BETTER CALL BONSKY!!
