Quentin was very detailed, patient, and personable. He explained what I needed and why, and explained it so that I could truly understand, he made me feel comfortable, and was not pushy. He even came over afterhours since I get out of work at 5, so it was nice to not have to miss work for such an important evaluation and discussion. Quality Heating and Cooling had a lot of great deals going on, and after all the other companies I had come over, their financing was the best option as well. Quentin had Colin come over the next day and he installed the entire system and was done by 3! He put in a new furnace, new hot water tank, new AC, and a few extras. I didn’t know this but Colin builds custom sheet metal to suit your home project, right in his truck outside your home. The team was very respectful, quick, and left my basement area as clean as it was before they came over. I am beyond pleased with this company, Quentin, and Colin, and feel very comfortable that they will be my HVAC team for years to come thanks to the warranties. I highly recommend! Also, a nice touch was the text they send you when they are en route, it’s a photo of the sales or hvac tech, and it gives their bio. So that’s pretty cool, you know who is about to come into your home, and it helps build trust. Five stars!
Ryan and Danny were excellent in the professional way they treated me and my home. They used their time well, spoke quietly, respectfully to each other and to me, gave me a furnace that runs quietly, and very well, even heating the upstairs which had never happened so wonderfully in the past 40 years I’ve been here. (And doing this in fierce winter weather). They were also able to make changing the filter a dream to do, by putting it in the front of the furnace instead of the back, and have it fit securely in a simple slot instead of getting into the interior of the furnace itself. AMAZING!!!Josh, the man who has come several weeks later to do adjustments, as well as answer every and any questions I might think to ask, was also quiet, respectful, quick and did all things well.I hope this company appreciates them and their professionalism and their dedication to excellence. I can say a heartfelt “thank you for your service” to each of them.
Colin and his crew were very professional and efficient. They ran in to a small electrical issue during installation which they handled in a timely manner. Overall I’m very pleased with the service that Quality Heating and Cooling provided.
Great customer service by phone dispatcher and Cody Ocel. Cody gave great detail on issues and even showed me photos. Whoever served this furnace before I purchased put us in a very dangerous situation by bypassing some wires that could have been terrible I’d say to whoever is reading this you should have a service person come out before you buy a home that 100 would have been money well spent because that would have had me move on from this house get a warranty atleast. I’m going with A Quality for service though once I get the 6 grand together but for now it’s going to be a cold winter. God Bless those who don’t cut corners

Super personable and really knows the business.Not unlike any of the technicians we have experienced with Quality.Following our service call, Mike gave us many options and recommended the perfect unit for our home. He did not upsell us and explained exactly why he was recommending the perfect unit.Donny and his helper Paul did the install. Super knowledgeable and explained what they were going to do, did it, and then discussed with us what they did and answered all our questions. We are very happy with the furnace and appreciate the much quieter, more efficient Trane. Great work, thanks guys.
