Gene from F.C.S. came out and inspected the A.C. unit from top to bottom. He also explained what he was doing and informed me about the job he was doing. No issues to report, he added some Pro-Treat 200 to the inside of the unit. He showed me some other items to watch for. He also found a couple of U/V light bulbs that were not working, and the company would replace them no charge. I would just have to purchase them myself. Kelly who I talked on the phone was also polite and professional like Gene. I would use this company again and Gene also told me he is available for any emergency calls.Gene also came out to replace a burnt blower motor on our unit, thanks.Second Review:F.C.S. offers a membership to become a Fan Member. They provide two complimentary maintenance visits to keep your unit running smoothly. Make sure you ask about the service provided; the filters are only cleaned if they are the type that can be cleaned. The price of new filters are sold with a discount which are still more than the ones you can get at the hardware stores.
