My AC went out mid-July and I was sweating through my house in Carmel. Called MasterFlow on a Saturday and they got someone out the same day. The tech found a refrigerant leak I didnt even know was happening—said it explained why the AC Repair Carmel job never seemed to cool right. He fixed it, ran the system for twenty minutes to make sure, and the difference was instant. Fair price too, no hidden charges. Won't call anyone else next time.

Our furnace died in the middle of January, and MasterFlow got a tech out to Carmel the same afternoon. He diagnosed it pretty quick — said the heat exchanger was cracked and we needed a full replacement. Not what I wanted to hear, but he showed me exactly what was wrong instead of just telling me. New system installed the next day, and honestly the heating has been running smooth ever since. Fair price, no games. Will definately call them again
