Josh is great. No issues there. I'm just still bleeding out a lot of air bubbles in the line. I've done it two more times. The thermostat is set to 72 and hasn't risen above 65 yet. I'll continue to monitor it and bleed the line throughout the day. If by tomorrow it still isn't functioning at full capacity then I'll give a call. I think there just continues to be a lot of air in that line.
Elite responded promptly with a fair price and good understanding of our needs. The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently. When it came time to connect the electrical they did not have the proper breaker. Called for one to be delivered, That driver drove over the bare cover of our septic, damaging the cleanout covers. The techs were able to get power to the system. However they were concerned that they had to split the two breakers for 220 power. They explained that another tech with deeper knowledge would be out soon. That tech was not able to position the breakers either and a third would have to be scheduled. I did receive a call from Elite with questions regarding hours for their billing. (paid in full on the initial day of installation)After some other communication confusion another tech came out. He repositioned the breakers for proper 220, however he left wires unattached (intentionally pushed up into other wires - dishwasher disabled) and used a jumper wire unnecessarily. Other than that the system has worked well.
This is by far the best company in the business and i deal with alot of companies. New gas fired heating system installed with truely professional from start to finish. Nothing but the highest quality of employees and Supervisors that provide the best customer service with ethics. Truly a company that understands the trade and i would use them again in a heartbeat.
Josh was amazing and educated me on my air conditioner and heating. And explained everything to me so that I understand. Will have them come back next April to service and fix my air conditioner just like he recommended. Thank you.
