Our heat pump stopped working on Staurday with some of the coldest days ahead and when we called Boer Brothers that monday, they immediately scheduled an appointment for us the next day! Chase came to the house and fixed the issue and was super helpful and patient with all our questions. We are so appreciative of not only the customer service provided by both the person helping to schedule but to Chase as well. All is now toasty!

They don’t try to upsell you but do warn you when a system is getting older so that you can take its replacement into account for your budget. Johnny Hayes was our tech and he is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and personable! He obviously loves his field of work and is so kind to share his knowledge on how to make your home more energy efficient.
