I had a burst pipe this past weekend requiring water shut-off, and they went above and beyond to fit me into their overbooked schedule. Chase came to the house and fixed the issue and was super helpful and patient with all our questions. We are so appreciative of not only the customer service provided by both the person helping to schedule but to Chase as well. All is now toasty!

We recently had a major issue with a leaking shower faucet that had gotten out of hand. My husband initially tried to fix it himself, but we discovered that the replacement parts were obsolete. We had to shut off the water to the whole house in the meantime, so it was a stressful situation.
Boer Brothers Family of Services (Plumbing Dept) came to the rescue! Their team got into the wall, diagnosed the problem quickly, and ended up replacing the necessary piping and faucet. They were skilled, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process.
What really stood out was the excellent customer service. The lead plumber even called me the next day to follow up and make sure everything was working properly. And to top it off, the bill was very reasonable — we were expecting a huge cost for the amount of work they did, but it was totally affordable.
We’re so appreciative of their quality work, attention to detail, and care for their customers. Highly recommend!
