BOER ROTHERS PLUMBING IS THE BEST! Their professionalism, work ethic, and kindness were amazing. I had a burst pipe this past weekend requiring water shut-off, and they went above and beyond to fit me into their overbooked schedule. Todd (the technician who came out) was also so knowledgeable, efficient, and understanding. At least now I know who to call for future plumbing needs!
Our heat pump stopped working on Staurday with some of the coldest days ahead and when we called Boer Brothers that monday, they immediately scheduled an appointment for us the next day! Chase came to the house and fixed the issue and was super helpful and patient with all our questions. We are so appreciative of not only the customer service provided by both the person helping to schedule but to Chase as well. All is now toasty!
Boer Brothers is amazing! They always show up on time and have great communication. They don’t try to upsell you but do warn you when a system is getting older so that you can take its replacement into account for your budget. Johnny Hayes was our tech and he is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and personable! He obviously loves his field of work and is so kind to share his knowledge on how to make your home more energy efficient.

The lead plumber even called me the next day to follow up and make sure everything was working properly. And to top it off, the bill was very reasonable — we were expecting a huge cost for the amount of work they did, but it was totally affordable.We’re so appreciative of their quality work, attention to detail, and care for their customers.
