Of all the HVAC servicing companies I've dealt with, they have never tried to upsell me or convince me that I need to drop thousands of dollars on unnecessary repairs, unlike some others. They show up, do the work, give me a realistic report on how the unit is operating, and then remind me when we need maintenance again. Highly recommended and appreciated.

Great experience with my technician today (Tyler or Taylor) doing my winter maintenance. Apologies I am terrible with names. This is a really great company that takes care of their customers. Very knowledgeable, prepared, and helpful.Also, of the 15 companies that I called Phil N. Great Heating & Cooling had the best price for annual maintenance contracts and offered everything their competitors offered in the contract.
