Of all the HVAC servicing companies I've dealt with, they have never tried to upsell me or convince me that I need to drop thousands of dollars on unnecessary repairs, unlike some others. They show up, do the work, give me a realistic report on how the unit is operating, and then remind me when we need maintenance again. Highly recommended and appreciated.

Also, of the 15 companies that I called Phil N. Great Heating & Cooling had the best price for annual maintenance contracts and offered everything their competitors offered in the contract. Would highly recommend this company for Heating and A/C needs.

My initial contact was with Bill, who assessed my system, explained to me what was wrong, my options were, answered all my questions, and let me decide.
I chose to get a new system. The installation crew was on time, polite, worked consistently throughout the day, answered my questions, and cleaned up on the way out.
I had to speak to Bill a couple of times, with additional questions, and he answered everything I had on my list, and made sure that I'd understood.
