Ryan from Hoffman Heating & A/C came out to give our a/c a Spring Tube-Up. He not only added Freon, but after checking the system. Found a bent coil tge iriircHVAC repairman left that was causing a disturbing noise! After pointing it out to my husband first & getting his authorization, he repaired it. Tgx to Ryan, no more noise & the a/c is now blowing cool air, thank Gid! It’s getting to be a hit AZ Summer????. Ryan & Hoffman are the best! Don’t waste your time/ money with any other company!!
Hoffman is amazing! Ryan was professional, thorough, and diagnosed the issue quickly. The photos and explanation in layman's terms helped me to truly understand what was going on. I especially was appreciative that they were able to work me into the same day schedule!
I signed on a maintenance program with Hoffman H&C, and it was time for the regular checkup. They discovered that my blower and housing on our York unit was all rusted out. After we decided to have the repair it they came out the next day and changed out the parts and said the parts had 3 year warranty and labor 1 year. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. The tech (Russell) was very polite and thoroughThank you!

First and foremost I had just arrived at my home for the season and my air conditioner was not working. I called Hoffman at my neighbors referral and the nice person/lady that answered the phone was exceptional. She was able to get me immediate service. Her customer service and kindness was above any I have seen I. Quite sometime.
