I got several quotes for a new system, and Heritage Air was the most competitive, transparent, and helpful by far. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process very easy. I was so impressed that I actually cancelled another quote I had scheduled the next day because I was already sold. They replaced our entire HVAC system. Mark did a great job of presenting us options. We went from a three stage system to a two stage system. Mark Woodcock was professional and very prompt on all responses. We had 5 companies come out, and he was by far the best on all aspects. They used American Standard equipment, and it is rated top quality by my retired brother- in-law, who did commercial in Houston. I had to have documentation to turn into Hilco, and Mark was right on point with everything. I would highly recommend them and Mark Woodcock.
I had a service technician come out twice in the past two weeks (March 2026). Austin was nice enough to be able to help me change my filters and inspect my system. However, the prices were eye-popping.The Cost of the tune up ($125 / unit) was the highest of any Company I called.Price per pound for refrigerant ($105 / LB) was competitiveRecommended fixes were significantly higher in cost per fix and total fixes recommended than the other places I called by an order of thousands of dollars.
Austin was amazing! truthful honest dependable and patient he was what you call Great Customer Service in every sense of the word! He stayed until the work was completed and running great! The Company in itself is truly AMAZING!!! I would recommend them to every person in every city and community!!!
I called to get some information about my AC and to learn more about the company because I will be moving to Texas soon. Tammy answered my call and she was the most inviting/warm and knowledgeable person to talk to. She was so kind and made me feel at ease with my questions. If the rest of the employees are anything like Tammy, Id recommend this company to anyone. I found a new company today for my personal use and hope you decide to use them too.
