Great experience upgrading my electric water heater. Significantly competitive price compared to what other companies were quoting me. In the last few years Holy City HVAC has replaced my crawlspace HVAC ductwork, AC unit, and provided routine maintenance. Highly recommend this company for all HVAC services!!
My first time using Holy City HVAC and it was indeed pleasant and productive! Initial contact was with Aubrey who was knowledgeable and very positive to work with scheduling my visit. The Tech who visited was Jarid Thomas, who was knowledgeable and had my issue resolved in 15 minutes. These are serious professionals who are focused on customer service and fair dealing. No price gouging or excuses to pump up your HVAC fees. Great people to deal with if you are new in the Charleston Area!
It went smoothly. Guys were nice and they cleaned up. I did some paint scraped off my door so I don’t like that. Enlarged some duct work and installed complete heat pump system. We will see if it’s good?
Holy City Heating replaced my HVAC ductwork and installed a new 3 Ton , 17 seer variable speed heat pump. 7 hours and the task was complete with great clean up and instructions on the new system!The installers were quiet, efficient and knowledgeable. Emily and Spencer were terrific!I made a good choice going with Holy City!!A month later Oct 2025, my master bath shower was leaking into the garage. We wanted a new toilet in the second bath. TJ with Holy City did a nice job with both , professional, courteous, good skills and workmanship and best of all cleaned up like he was not even there. (Hard to find) At 75, what used to be an easy task is no longer!CK
