He walked us through the steps on the thermostat and the phone app.The day after Trevin Watson helped us with programming our unit stopped cooling. We called Horne and they had Matt Myers come on Sunday to check our unit. It turns out the circuit board was bad. He was very nice and explained everything that was going on and our next steps. We appreciate his comprehensive explanation and professionalism.

Michael Cohn the technician that came out was very resourceful, courteous, figured out the issue and got everything running quickly.Lona who took care of the schedule was a pleasure to talk to and got everything going me and the system quickly. We had a slight problem with the schedule but she took care of it quickly. The cost was fair and overall I would definitely recommend them. Even with the little glitch they still rank a five for me.
