We reached out to David and they were able to work us in within a couple of days with all the snow and ice conditions. We had reached out explaining that Our light bill had increased drastically and we were concerned that maybe it was our heat pump and wanted a technician to come out and check it out. Our heat went out just before a major winter storm. We got a call back within minutes and Homero showed up to diagnose and repair the furnace. He was professional, articulate, respectful and thorough. He didn’t leave until the job was complete and our heat was back on and running! Aschom kept my older system running great for several years. We got more years out of it than we should have thanks to Ashcom. When it came time to get a new system, Ashcom gave us a competitive quote but also a feeling that they were invested in the project of installing the new system and keeping it well tuned for years to come. Aschom was the only service provider that walked around the entire house checking vents and returns to develop a customized approach to the new system - no other service provider took the time and attention Aschom did to really get to know our house. As part of the quote process, David took his time and was willing to answer lots of questions from us about how the new system would run and the new controllers, which made us feel more comfortable with working with Ashcom to install new system. The install was mainly done by TJ with Homero helping out. They did a fantastic job. TJ is a hard worker that is deliberate in his approach. He talked to us along the way to explain where he was at in the install, what was left to be done, and explaining to us the benefits of the new system. I would easily recommend Ashcom to anyone looking for a new system install or looking for a new service provider that clearly treats you like an important customer.
