3 weeks into a problem with a 8 year old Trane heater i gave up on a company we had been with for 25 years ..... Monticello sent Kevin out He diagnosed the problem and posed two solutions i picked one and three days later parts in and done. Their service contract is good and very comprehensive, they came out and found some problems the other company did not find. their were issues from an install done by the other company , they were found and fixed that day. The service was great!!! the guys were clean and polite!!!! got a very decent priced yearly contract and so far I am very happy!
Service tech A C Carroll gave us a courtesy call when he was on his way to our location, arrived as promised by him and company. This was a semi-annual maintenance visit (would recommend to everyone to keep systems running properly!).A C was very professional, respectful and thorough with our maintenance service. He described all items he completed, and confirmed our next maintenance visit. We are EXTREMELY pleased to have found Monticello Air and we highly recommend!!! Thank you to your entire team!!
Every visit from Monticello Air I’ve been impressed with the quality of service. The techs are just so nice and knowledgeable. Enoc cleaned our three units today and took extra time to provide suggestions and explain what he did. He did a great job. The company is really good at communicating when they will be arriving, etc. I’m very happy with their service!
We had a wonderful experience today with Monticello Air. The tech, AC, was prompt and communicated to let us know he was on the way. AC explained very clearly the issue our with our HVAC unit and was able to address and repair the issue in the same visit. We also had a very positive experience with Kelly at the office and found her to be super helpful! Thanks for the great service!
I purchased a Mitsubishi ductless unit from Monticello Air. I am so impressed with this Team. From my first call to service to purchasing an annual Maintenance plan I have been treated with kindness and professionalism. Cody, the HVAC tech, is down to earth, thoughtful, respectful and thorough; super conscientious about being neat and tidy (in and out of my home). The dogs sure liked them and they liked the dogs! Too, I appreciated the option to make monthly payments for the Maintenance plan I purchased. Thanks Cody and Monticello Air. Pleasure working with you.
