I wish I could give them more than a 5 star rating! The entire process was easy and seamless right from the beginning with my first call. Neal was amazing with answering my questions and is definitely a subject matter expert in his field. Air 911 beat out 2 other companies with new HVAC quotes and I'm thrilled to do business with them. I had a brand new unit installed within just a few days of talking to Neal and it works beautifully (my house is finally cool after 2 years of HVAC problems and several thousand spent in repairs). Call Air 911-you won't regret it one bit.

I contacted Air911 last Thursday to get a quote for a new HVAC system after realizing it made more sense to replace our old unit rather than spend $2K on temporary repairs. From the start, Neil was incredibly quick to respond, transparent, and very fair with pricing. I actually found Air911 through a Facebook ad and hadn’t heard of them before, but I’m so glad I did. Neil went above and beyond by helping me navigate financing and walking me through all available options, which made the process so much less stressful. He told me installation would be between 10–11 AM today, but showed up early at 9:30—which was a great surprise! The quality of the work was outstanding, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Air911. Absolute incredible service. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Absolutely the "BEST". Neal and his son were nothing short of brilliant. Our unit went out, leaving us with means of electric heaters and kerosene heaters to rely on for heat. Tonight.. our home is so comfortable and warm. They worked very hard on the installation (perfect) job on our new unit. They were very diligent of clean up too. You couldn't tell anyone had been here when they left. Perfectly clean. We would highly recommend Air911. We GREATLY appreciate everything they done for us. Again... THEY WERE PERFECT??. You need them? Call them. They will BE THERE. We loved them!!! Again... they're the BEST!!!

Needed to replace a complete HVAC system and was worried about the cost and getting a great company to work with. Luckily I stumbled onto Neal and team and they did not disappoint. In fact, not only did I receive a great price, but the service was outstanding. It’s been a few days now and Neal has called to check that everything thing was going great and to explain the good warranty that came with it.
