Not a big fan of the company I thought I had an agreement with being sold to another company I never heard of. Roman did a fantastic job as far as the actual repair went, but he was working for a new company that is a little too aggressive in upselling and self-promotion. It felt like he was working to make his bosses happy rather than working to make ME happy. But he did a great job. Dale’s was great, but I don’t know about Pioneer.

I cannot say enough great things about Pioneer Heating and Cooling. My experience with them has been nothing short of amazing, and they have truly earned a customer for life. It started with a dryer vent cleaning performed by Curtis. He provided exceptional service, arriving with incredible professionalism, politeness, and manners. He was highly efficient and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. Later, we had them come out again because one of our bedrooms was not cooling properly. John handled this visit and was incredible. He walked me through every step of the process, and the issue was resolved in less than 10 minutes for a very small charge. Beyond that specific fix, they identified some underlying issues in our attic causing moisture and wood rot. They provided me with valid pictures and all the information I needed to understand the situation. I was particularly impressed that they were not pushy at all; they were simply transparent, open, and honest, allowing me to decide what work I felt was necessary for my home. To top it off, they offer a $15 membership that is cheaper than my Netflix subscription. It provides such great value, including free visits a couple of times a year. If you are looking for a company that values honesty, transparency, and top tier service, I highly recommend Pioneer Heating and Cooling. They provide such peace of mind, and I am so glad to have found them.

Dale's/ Pioneer Plumbing was very professional from the time I called to schedule an appointmen through the completion of the job. They sent expert plumber Kevin, who was able to diagnose the problem and offered me a few different options to get my kitchen plumbing problem resolved. It was a seamless solution. I personally feel like it was a little more expensive than I would have liked to pay but I honestly can't complain because they came out the same date I called and he was also able to complete the jobs. I would definitely give Kevin 5-stars. And a strong 4-stars only because I feel there is always room for improvement.

Andrew Tracy took care of our initial call and had my mom’s unit running smoothly in no time. While working on the issue, he found a more concerning problem which would require a new unit probably sooner than we expected. Andrew was fantastic and explained the many different options for my mom, brother and myself to review. We are very thankful for Andrew and his professionalism and down to earth demeanor. After some discussions, we decided to have it installed before summer got here along with the southern humidity! Today (March 3rd), one week later, Brian and Joseph arrived and got to work removing the old unit and installing the new one. They were so nice, polite, and answered our questions and helped us set up the wireless app to manage the new unit. The new unit is running smoothly and quietly. I would definitely recommend them all! Thanks again Andrew, Brian and Joseph!!!

Andrew was great to work with and answered all of my questions. They were quick to answer my call and have someone out the same day. I had a new evaporator coil installed into my existing indoor unit and had a brand new outdoor unit installed. The install crew did a great job and made it look much better.
