If you are looking for an HVAC company I can save you a lot of trouble. My wife and I needed a new heating/cooling system installed in 2 apartments. We were very concerned because this was going to be a big job and very costly. We met with four different companies, but we consider it to be our great fortune to meet Ben Marga from Fresh Air Flow. Ben came to our home to assess our needs using the latest technology. Before finalizing our decision, we also visited the companies warehouse, which helped us to choose the best and most efficient system especially for our budget. Ben explained what the job would entail and how long it would take. The installers showed up every morning on time and were friendly and personable. They were so clean that I wouldn't even know they were in the house if I didn't see that the system was installed. Working with Ben and his team of installers exceeded our expectations. The job was done quickly, professionally and always with a smile. I want to personally thank Shawn, Sam, Blake and Ben for working so hard and for doing such an amazing job. It's hard to find companies who truly value their customers these days but I would recommend Fresh Air Flow without hesitation. Thank you guys!!
Outstanding service from start to finish!!!I had an excellent experience with Fresh Air Flow. Angelo Tartaglio was the salesman who scheduled everything and made the process smooth and easy from the very beginning.Alex was the technician who came out, along with his assistant, and they were both professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. My air ducts were loaded with debris, and I constantly had dust throughout my house.They cleaned all the ducts and sanitized everything, taking the time to explain what they were doing and making sure the job was done right. The difference is already noticeable.Now I’ll be breathing easier thanks to them. Truly top-notch, perfect service. Highly recommend!
Wow!!! This was probably the best experience I’ve had with any type of company, let alone house work companies! Not only did they come in for ann emergency with my oil burner! They identified a bigger problem, Had a certified expert come out the very next day! And before the work day was finished, everything was fixed! Very good price points as well!!! This is beginning of winter and my house is warm!!! Most appreciative to Ben , Sam and Blake!! They made this an easy process!!!
I had wanted to schedule to have my dryer vent cleaned but when I heard about the special house vent cleaning with dryer vent cleaning and the price was reasonable so I opted for that. I was skeptical to have my house vents cleaned thinking it’s not necessary but I was VERY wrong. My house is 72 years old and there was 2 inches of a carpet of dust and pet hair inside my vents. Alex then showed me my heater unit coil was also caked with dirt. They did a wonderful job scrubbing out my vents with a special snake brush and he cleaned my heater like it was new. They did not d tree around and got right to work. Also my dryer vent was flushed. Now, my house smells fresh and clean and lighter. I will definitely get this done again every 5 years as it was a service I didn’t know I needed but I really think everyone needs it unless you’re in a brand new home!
