My experience with Therm Ayre was outstanding.Chris completed a diagnostic for our apartment's HVAC system when it stopped blowing cold air. After diagnosing the problem, Mike was able to track down the correct Evaporator Coil which was under warranty and have it shipped in. Given that it's a discontinued unit, there were only two available in the US but they made it happen.Chris then returned and finished the install quickly and efficiently.Their customer service was great and they made every effort to keep me advised on progress with the job.Thanks to the Therm Ayre team.
