Our first experience with Cutting Edge Total Comfort, it couldn't have been better. Tech Drew arrived quickly on the same day we had our HVAC outage, his diagnosis of the problem was spot on and repairs were quickly completed. Drew shared his findings and suggested repairs, making me knowledgeable about the problem and what would be needed to fix it. Couldn't have asked for better communication, and we were warm again in very short order. Thank you Drew, and Cutting Edge!
Jeremiah & Brandon were great. My wife & I had a new hvac system installed today. I also had them install an Ecobee Premium thermostat & Reme HALO-LED air purifier. We were kept informed of the job from start to finish. The entire staff from Mandy & Amy were all very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Cutting Edge Total Comfort!
If I could give this company zero stars, I would.Our heat stopped working on February 19, 2026. A technician came out the following day, February 20, 2026, and replaced the thermostat. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue, and we were charged nearly $2,000 for the service. The technician informed us that since the replacement part did not fix the problem, the company would issue a refund.We were then advised that the entire unit needed to be replaced at an estimated cost between $10,000 and $15,000. Given the significant expense, we decided to obtain additional quotes and were able to find a much more affordable option elsewhere.After notifying Cutting Edge that we would not be moving forward with their company and requesting the refund we were told we would receive, we were informed that we are not eligible for a refund because we chose another provider. This directly contradicts what we were originally told by the technician.Additionally, we have made multiple attempts to speak with a supervisor to resolve this matter. My husband has called twice, and I have called once, and we have not received a return call.We are extremely disappointed in the lack of follow-through, communication, and professionalism throughout this experience.
Brandon and the whole team were spectacular! They were very thorough with some very cool tools. I followed Brandon to the attic and he took the time to show and explain everything that he was doing so that I understood and felt comfortable with the diagnosis. Based on the terminology, the numbers, and his understanding of the engineering principles required in this line of work I feel like five out of 5 stars is sorely inadequate for the amazing job that he did. I would also like to compliment the whole team as everything from the scheduling call through to completion of the job was top-notch. I couldn't recommend Cutting Edge more!
Cutting Edge Total Comfort Matt came over to service my a/c unit after it was reassigned by Choice Home Warranty after Sears Home Repair failed to fix my unit and they were a no show on August 28. Matt did a thorough diagnostics check of my heat pump and inside condenser unit with no rushing like the other companies that were sent out before. He also made great recommendations and services from his company to extend the units life expectancy. I give him a 5 star for his performance, dedication, knowledge, concern about the customer issues and professionalism. Job well done!!!!
