Everything was great until install day on Feb 7th. 1st of all the ladies in the office is wonderful. Very polite and understanding of my issues. Once installed I was told my thermostat wasn’t compatible so I had to go out & spend $200 on a new thermostat. Then was told the new system didn’t have enough freon & they didn’t have any on the truck, so we didn’t have heat for two days. After everything was set up on Monday & I received the warranty info I noticed I didn’t receive the system I thought I picked & that the 1 they installed is considered too small for my house. (Something they should have known) I called on Tuesday the 10th with my issues/concerns & was told someone would call me within 24 hours. After not receiving a call by Thursday the 12th (48 hours later) I once again called & was told Eric would call me within the hour. I then called again Friday the 13th (24 hours later) because I was still waiting on a call from Eric. Needless to say I’m still waiting. As I’ve told the office staff at this point all I want is for them to come and take their system back! I’d rather be cold than to do business with Millers! This truly has been a horrible experience for me & my family. All I want from them is to end our contract & come that their system out of my home so we both can move on.

Just wanted to give Lenard Johnson a "shout out." Lenard came out 1-27-2026 to service our whole house generator. Skilled and knowledgeable. Did a great job!
Not nearly as impressed with the scheduling staff. That's a whole other story.

Milliers Heating and Cooling was extremely professional from start to finish. Brad was very helpful and knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and explain the different products they had to offer. The team that came out made sure the job was done right and kept us updated with everything they were doing. Their pricing was fair and transparent. Had an old oil boiler, A/C and air handler replaced with a water heater, updated A/C, and heat pump. It’s clear they know their work and take pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend Milliers Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality service.

I recently had four outlets replaced due to age, and I was pleased with the quality of the work. However, when scheduling the appointment, the service request didn’t clearly prompt for specific materials like an outlet cover or an extra outlet—both of which I forgot to purchase beforehand. As a result, the electrician arrived without the necessary items.

To improve this process, I suggest enhancing the information-gathering step during scheduling. Ensuring staff ask detailed questions about the required materials would help technicians arrive fully prepared and avoid disruptions. That way, time isn't wasted on-site, and the crew can remain efficient and focused on serving more customers.

From start to finish, the professionals at Miller’s exceeded my expectations. Aaron Brunson met up with me initially to inspect my current setup and provided detailed steps on what to expect. He presented me with great options, and I felt like he was honest and transparent throughout our meeting. A week later, Everett Hutton and Philip Jordan got to my house on time and were enthusiastic to get it started. Everything was complete in less than 8 hours, and they cleaned up and explained everything to me. I feel like for what Miller’s provides, it’s definitely worth the investment. I highly recommend this company!
