He came out for a diagnostic because our primary heat wasn’t coming on, and instead of just telling us what was wrong, he took the time to walk us through everything. He brought us directly to the unit, explained exactly what the system should be reading, and showed us the proper numbers so we could fully understand the issue. That level of transparency and care is rare and incredibly appreciated.His knowledge of our HVAC system was next-level, and it was obvious he truly knows his craft. On top of being extremely knowledgeable, Donovan was polite, professional, and respectful throughout the entire visit. This company had no problem being on the spot to sell me a new unit, but when it came time to have the unit serviced, I couldn’t get the company to come out. They kept canceling appointments. I spoke to management who assured me that that wouldn’t happen again and it happened again. So I got another company to come out and service the unit because I wanna make sure I maintain it and they found a pretty serious issue with RS Andrew’s installation. The return plenum was not even attached to the unit.
RS Andrews did a great job in installing the new heating and cooling system in my rental house. The gave a great price on the unit I chose and installed it the next day in rainy weather. My tenant was very excited to have heating in the house once again after the old unit stopped working over the weekend.
Recently had a brand new a/c unit installed and have issues with the install. And after several phone calls no one has reached out to remedy the situation. There is damage to the newly installed unit and I can not get the “install team manager” to call me back after speaking with multiple representatives and assured I would receive a call. They also installed a replacement thermostat after us requesting to not install it as we had current thermostat that did not need replacement. Our initial meeting with the sale representative was great and he was very knowledgeable. The install technicians were also great. I understand things happen but after spending several thousand dollars on a new unit for it to have damage? This is not acceptable. Still waiting on a “install team manager” to call me back to offer a solution to our concerns.EDIT : nearly two months later I have yet to hear from RS Andrews about and acceptable solution to the install issues and quality of workmanship. I have made several attempts to have management contact me back but yet I have RS Andrews attempting to call me to sell me other services on a "new" unit that is less than months old. I would appreciate RS Andrews following up with me from someone of positional authority to remedy this issue.edit 2:Here we are several weeks later and still no resolution. They sent is an NDA to silence us in exchange for removing our unit and leaving us with nothing. I have children, pets, and a disabled veteran wife at home. They want to leave is worse off then when they found us. This speaks volumes for the so called CARE for their clients. Still waiting for a viable solution to this problem.
