Zach, Brenden, and Adam who was there just a short while, were exquisitely professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I am very pleased with Superior and the installation.The next day, Korey visited to check on the system and trained me a bit more on the thermostat. Excellent!
Wonderful company to deal with. We were in need of a furnace as it went out during the storm. Scott came by and gave a quote and was upfront about some other issues unlike any other company had. He did his best to work with our needs. Alex and Noah came by to install our new systems. They were awesome to work with! I appreciate this company for all they offer and their professionalism. I also appreciate the way they carry their brand.
This weekend with the cold and snow coming we realized our 30 year old furnace was not going to do the job. Superior service Korey was helpful and reassuring while investigating and then explaining the situation. The furnace is not safe because of cracks. Immediately called for portable heaters and service to purchase new unit. All 3 of the superior guys were helpful and kind. They all were understanding of cold divided by no furnace is very stressful. We have a plan in place and are comfortable with the decisions these professionals helped us get to. Thanks guys. The peace of mind I have knowing when I call Superior they will get the job done with quality products & services is priceless.I had to have my whole heating/AC/water heater infrastructure replaced due to electrical damage from one of our many storms in 2025. As part of the new installation, I was also enrolled in the annual service membership program which I will definitely be renewing.I recently had my floor drain backed up, and called Superior. They sent Patrick who quickly knew it was from the humidifier. He called the office to share I needed a plumbing technician to clear the floor drain. Within 90 mins, the plumbing technician, Michael arrived and had it cleared in no time. I paid half the amount of what I have paid for a drain clearing, with other companies, being in the service program. If in doubt, try it for a year as it will pay for itself.In closing, I hope it's by designed as I like the model of keeping the same technician assigned to a service home by service rendered. This way they already know the history & can quickly ascertain what the issue may be faster than a rotational service model.Superior Service will be my long-time Service Provider!!!
Patrick came today and was able to do what 3 other A/C technicians from DIFFERENT companies could not. He was able to run a new thermostat wire after spending 5 minutes diagnosing my system. I've been told “Your thermostat wire is stapled, we cannot run a new wire”, “we would have to tear down walls”, “You have to move your thermostat downstairs” and a wealth of other things by other technicians. Glad i found able to find Superior Service for my A/C needs! I was able to get my new Ecobee installed! 10/10 service! I won't waste my time calling other A/C companies in the future! Superior Service ALL THE WAY!
