Had to cancel the appointment because they no-showed. Was scheduled between 8am-noon. 120pm arrives without being contacted saying they were running behind.If they don’t value my time, I don’t value theirs.This was for a quote on a 4 ton ac/furnace. Daikin bids were coming in around $19k.
Crazy that my first impression is their old white guy with a long beard almost running people off the highway because his ego is too big. I didn’t know company cars were allowed to do 90 on any interstate. Love it at least I know it would be a speedy arrival if I ever need you all. Y’all should do better on who you allow in company vehicles. See if he remembers a red dodge grand caravan.

I had a geothermal unit failure and needed help! I contacted Vitt for an estimate and they were quick, professional, and had a unit in-stock as opposed to other companies that had months-out lead times. Installation went very smoothly and am very happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend them and plan to be returning customer.
We’ve had Vitt out at our home multiple times within the last year or so. Vitt serviced our old unit prior to installation of a new unit. Even though the unit was 40+ years old they still made it work so we could squeeze 1 more summer out of it & to also give us time to save up for a new system.When the time came for the installation of a new unit we shopped around a bit. We did find a cheaper company but everyone we dealt with at Vitt was professional, straight forward & we didn’t feel like we were being taken advantage of. That was key & the ultimate deciding factor. Nobody wants strangers in their home, but these guys are great! Vitt has our recommendation for anything hvac related. Thank you!
