Called as our 2nd quote on a replacement mini-split and knew as soon as we looked them up they were the right guys for the job. Salesman was knowledgeable and gave options to work with our current setup and multple price points. Installation was fast and staff were very friendly and professional.

Was a very rainy day and part of installation was in a muddy garden. They came with tents and shovels and lots of drop clothes for the house. The garden and living space was left better than when they arrived. Have used 2 other local hvac companies recently for other projects and the professionalism wasn't even comparable. Would definitely recommend them to friends.

I had a gas scare in my home. Fortis came and found it was the furnace and recommended High Standard. He said he would have them do work in his home. High praise, I thought considering his profession.
I called High Standard right away, just before 5pm and he answered and arranged an appt the next morning.
2 highly competent men came over and called when they said they would. They were both early and got to work immediately and professionally.
They resolved the issue quite quickly and inexpensively. I was grateful of the speed, attention to detail, resolution of the issue and the cost was more than fair.
I recommend them 100%. The whole procedure was well done.

My furnace had metal noise from the fan that touching its enclosure. First I called their competitor Angels Heating. They came and told me to replace the furnace, because it's old without even trying to solve the noise issue, looked like they just wanted to make easy money. I called High Standard Heating for 2nd opinion and they successfully fixed the noise issue. However before leaving the technician measured the CO2 output, which was above what the regulation allows. So they suggested to replace the furnace. Although both companies offered the same thing at the end, but High Standard Heating gave me much better explanations professionally. So I hired them again for replacing the furnace and they did very a good job and clean also willing to accommodate my schedule.
