Roozbeh is truly a find. Another company had installed our heat pump in 2010 and for three years it kept tripping our circuit breakers and stopping. We brought in a multitude of service companies to diagnose the problem and none of them could, regardless of their expense. Roozbeh figured it out in under an hour -- insufficient air flow -- and then fixed it mostly under the manufacturer's warranty. Today, he's installing a new tankless water heater for us after our old one died. In the process, he found an issue with one of our faucets that has apparently been mixing cold water into our hot water pipes and reducing our water heater's efficiency. We hadn't seen him in a long time, but we wouldn't think of calling anyone else. We highly recommend him.
